Choose the speed that suits your order

Standard Delivery

Orders with the Standard Delivery (Recorded Mail) option selected will normally be delivered within the UK within 3 working days of dispatch. Goods shipped within the EU will normally be delivered within 10 working days, and goods shipped to the USA, non-EU Europe and the rest of the world will normally be delivered within 15 working days of dispatch, in accordance with Royal Mail service stipulations.

All UK Recorded Mail options require a signature on delivery. If no one is available to receive the parcel at the specified address, the postman will leave a card detailing where the parcel can be collected or how to arrange a convenient redelivery. Any instruction given at the time of purchase asking for the item to be left outside is at the customer's own risk and JOCKBOX (Libertybelle UK Ltd) cannot be held responsible for subsequent damage, loss or tampering.

Express Delivery

UK and European orders made with Express Delivery selected and received before 11am GMT will be shipped from our warehouse the same day, provided there is stock availability. Your order will be received within 48 hours from the dispatch date. Orders placed after 11am GMT will be dispatched the following working day and will be received within 48 hours from dispatch.

Some areas of Scotland are unable to receive next day delivery due to courier restrictions. If your address falls within one of these zones, your order will arrive within two working days. USA and rest of world orders made using Express Delivery and received by 12 noon GMT will be shipped the same day, provided there is stock availability. These items will be received within 2-8 working days from dispatch.

Orders placed after 11am GMT on a Thursday requesting Express Delivery will not be processed until the following Monday morning, as our couriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday. Express Delivery is currently not available in Cyprus, Greece, Hungary, Sweden or Turkey. Couriers standardly deliver between 9am and 5pm, and we cannot dispatch express parcels to a PO box address because a signature is required on arrival.

International Delivery

All international orders are shipped using a fully tracked courier service with customs duties and taxes paid in advance, so there are no additional charges on delivery.

Delivery time: 2-8 working days from dispatch.
Price: GBP 30.

For orders over 2kg or containing oversized items, additional shipping charges may apply. If this affects your order, we will contact you before dispatch. We never profit from shipping fees; they are purely to cover costs.

Discreet from checkout to doorstep

We know privacy matters. Whatever you order from JOCKBOX stays between us and whoever you choose to share it with. There will be no tell-tale signs of what is inside your package when it is delivered.

The majority of items are boxed for discretion, privacy and protection. Where that is not possible, we use high-strength, weather-resistant, burst and puncture-proof bags to keep your order secure.

Your receipt and bank statement will show Libertybelle UK Ltd, our limited company name. We keep things discreet from checkout through to delivery.

The small print that keeps orders moving

Split Orders

If every product in your order is not available from the same JOCKBOX location, we may send your items in multiple parcels so you receive everything as quickly as possible. Split parcels are dispatched using the same recorded or tracked delivery service and are expected to arrive together. We will email you if your order has been split.

Same Day Dispatch

Place your order before 11am Monday to Thursday and it will be dispatched the same day for all delivery options, provided the item is in stock. We are closed at weekends.

We know speed matters when you are waiting for a JOCKBOX parcel, so we work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Bank Holidays

Dispatch and delivery can be affected by bank holidays and courier operating hours. Orders placed around public holidays will be processed on the next available working day.

Next Working Day Guaranteed

When you place your order before 11am Monday to Thursday and select DPD Next Business Day Delivery, we will do our best to ensure your order arrives the next working day, but this is dependent on DPD internal services.

If your order does not arrive the next working day, contact us and we will issue a full postage refund. If you order after 11am on a Thursday and choose next day delivery, your parcel will arrive on Tuesday.

Variable Delivery Costs

The delivery cost will be calculated at checkout if your order is being sent outside of the UK.
