JOCKBOX RETURNS POLICY
Due to the nature of our business, returns are not covered under consumer rights act right to return unless there is a manufacturer fault. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
We will, of course accept returns as a result of any errors made by JOCKBOX - as well as compensate for any shipping costs incurred by yourself returning an incorrect order.
Please ensure that you check the size guide when buying products from different brands as sizes may vary and this is not a valid reason for a return.
Orders can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
